Feb 28 - Nov 2008 CHC Islamabad applicants

Guys, What's my real category?

1. My agent filed my initial application on 10/2007
2. I got my File number on 4/2008 (my agent said, I’m a 2008 applicant.. This is so strange)

Am I really considered a pre-Feb2008 (SAP) or a post-Feb2008 (New rule) applicant?

@PlAN2012........CHECK YOUR E-STATUS IT SHOULD TELL TELL YOU WHEN THEY STARTED WORKIN ON YOUR APPLICATIN ONLY THEN YOU WOULD KNOW IF YOU FALL UNDER OLD OR NEW PROCESS

No news is good news, let us keep our fingers cross, and hope that things will work out for us. Let us not assume the worst, they have rejected the ones not eligible so we then, we must qualify somwhere. Only time will tell and until we start getting rejection letters, let us be optimistic.

I would like to hear from someone applied between Feb-Nov 2008 period and would like to share their experience/timeline
Mine:
Applied: May 2008
AOR: May 2008
File transferred to CIO: 23rd March 2009
ECAS changed to " "Application Received" from in process and address removed
July 2009: Address restored in ECAS

under 38 NOC list only can be applied between Feb 28 to Nov 2008 or it can be applied any time, right now too.
Anyone who cn reply please.
