I had submitted my application under Semi skilled worker category nd my file no is xxxx/xx/x8999.

Friends,

I was wondering as to what could be the most suitable option available to us, under the circumstances when the quota of nominations left to be released up to Dec 2014 is fast depleting.To me, it is a very piqued situation,although my consultant is still hopeful for some positive result. I would appreciate, if the forum members could exchange their views here for mutual benefits.I am appending here under the options available to us :-


OPTION Expected Impact
---------------- ------------------

1. Apply for LMIA Positive/If negative,what else considering employer may deny extension
to job offer after expiry of OWP.


2. Change in status Positive in terms of gaining more time to wait of LMIA RESULT OR
(IMPLIED STATUS) Nomination Approval,what else if both not coming forth.


3. Retention by employer May lead to have umbrella of option no.1 and thereby gain waiting period.
under approval of CIC.
