Hi All,

I applied CEC under NOC B 2282 on Feb 2012, so far no medicals yet....

what could be the reason ??

Guys anyone out their with my same situation ....

Hi Nikki,

While the seniors might be able to give you some experienced response, i was wondering if you've got in touch with CIC to know the progress on your case? You can do that or you can also request for a GCMS notes request to know what part of your application has already been done and completed and what part is currently in progress.

If you are inside Canada, it wont cost you anything. Just down load the form from the link below, fill it, print it, sign it, scan it and then send it to the email address mentioned on the page. They will send you a pdf file which will show what part they are currently working on. It takes them almost 30 days to send that pdf file. Not sure if this will help, but I thought it might give you a picture of where they are on your file.

I did that, and nothing has started yet.

Medical = Not started
Eligibility = Not started
Criminality = Not started
Security= In progress

And it's been 12months so far, no update since AOR

Please suggest, I emailed CIC and they say " You file is currently under queue for a review, no actions needed at this moment "

Kindly suggest and help me

It likely means that something has been completed (maybe the security check) but a CIC officer has to review your file before you can move on to the next stage.

If you are in Canada, contact your MP. Your file is now outside the normal processing time and that's unusual.
