FD -258 Urgent

I am in India and planing to send FD_258 to FBI

I have following question

1. I have USA credit card but now i am in India.. Can i use my USA credit card to pay FBI fees?

2. I need to FD-258 one for me and one for my wife.. Need i to send two separte payment of 18 dollar or one of 36 dollar

3. FBI website says " credit cards will not be accepted for expediated services" what does it mean?

4. Can i ask FBI that i need it uregently bye feb end deadline and pay the fees by credit card

does it mean that if i use credit card,, i can not request them to expediate process so that i get my FD-258 fast?

did u use credit card or sent certified cheque in your case

please clarify
