I have submitted my finger prints last Friday.
The site says it takes 12 14 weeks.
I only have 60 days to submit my docs.
What are my options?

did you use the mailing process or the eDO?
if you used the electronic application you will get the results within 48 hours once your fingerprint card reaches them. but if you used the traditional mail application it'll take 12-14 weeks.

The way I see it you got two choices if you did use the mail application track:
1. apply again but this time use the eDO and it'll be done sooner
2. Request CIC for an extension on time with proof that you've submitted everything required for FBI PCC and that the processing time is out of your hands - but then again there is no guarantee that they may entertain your request.

There was an option under preference to send results via mail. Should I have marked that as a No

you mean send fingerprints via mail! and the option to receive results via mail. regardless of whether you chose yes or no to that, you would receive the result via email once its completed.

if you used an online application for this process, and your fingerprint card reached them on Friday(next two days are not business days), you should receive the result via email within the next 48 hours.

okay awesome, thats what I did. Initial application days are helter skelter.
