Hi,
We applied through the Quebec Skill Worker Program and we got the CSQ already. Now the next step is to submit Police clearances to the Federal.
As a lot of you are frustrated with FBI Police clearance, I wonder if my case can be waived.
I am a full time student in Canada, finising my phd. I spent five months last year to live with my wife in US as a tourist, then I returned to Canada for a week to do some paper work with my university, then came back and stayed for about 2 more months. After that, we returned to our country for winter break then came back to US. I just returned to Canada to continue my study.
Technically, I did not stay in US for six CONSECUTIVE months but you can argue that I actually stayed in US for, say, 9 months, and just visited other places during that time.
I just got my fingerprint rejected yesterday after 10 weeks waiting, so tired with FBI bureaucracy.
Any chance?
Thanks.
