FBI PCC PIN expired error

Hi all,

When I try to open my FBI PCC application it shows error: "Your PIN has expired". I contacted FBI customer service for the same and they provided many me new links and PINS. But all of them gave the same "Your PIN has expired". Has anybody else faced the same problem? I have paid the fees for this request.

Should I create a new identity history request and pay again?
