FBI PCC - Initiate in USA and get the Report at Indian Address

Hi, How can we get the FBI PCC done in USA and get the report directly delivered @ India?

So, can we send the fingerprints and credit card form alongwith required docs to FBI and provide Indian address so that they can deliver the final report @ Indian address?

Also, can we use any of the Indian Bank's (Axis Bank) Credit Card for $18 fee?

Yes. But the delivery to Indian address may take time as it is sent through USPS First Class mail without any tracking option. If you know someone in USA, try to give their delivery address. You only need the soft copy of the report anyway.
