I searched for the cards (FBI fingerprinting card FD-258 ) in India but could not find one. I have asked my friend from US to get it and it will be reaching me in 3 weeks time. Its true that downloadable form is accepted. But I learnt from this forum itself that such printouts have high rejection rate. I am an applicant looking out for the original card. So I tried getting it from this forum but failed to get one (in India). Hence I had to order. Since those cards are not available individually I had to buy a pack of 50.
Now you are saying that the forum is to help each other and I am doing just that. Somebody looking for a card cannot afford the hassles of applying for 50 as I had to do. And I can't give the 48 cards free of cost but at the least least at the cost price. And thats what I am doing.
Now, let me repeat. The form can be downloaded from FBI site. If you feel it'll be better to reduce the chances of a delay due to a possible rejection you can buy it from anywhere it is available. You can decide.

What option should we select on the FBI record request/application for Return Mail Options from below (as given on the application form)?
1. FEDEX Account #
2. Prepaid Return Envelope (Enclosed)
3. First-Class Mail
I am outside USA.
Also, I need to send application for both my wife and myself. Should we send 02 separate applications or 2 applications in same envelope or 1 application with both names on the same?
