FBI fingerprint - How to get FBIs response fast?

Yesterday (April 27), I got a confirmation from DHL that they delivered my fingerprints to FBI's office in West Virginia. FBI mentioned on their website that it takes 12-14 weeks on average for a response. That won't cut it if I have to file my application by the first half of July.

What are my options to expedite it? I'm not a US citizen.

If you do not receive the FBI clearance by the 90 day deadline, you can submit a LOE with the proof of courier delivery and the charge on your credit card (which should oocur around 45 days or so after date of delivery). You have to inform CIC that you applied as soon as you got the ITA. Once you get the actual PCC you can scan and send a CSE asking them to update the file

There is no way to expedite the processing for a non US citizen - the channeler option only exists for US citizens or green card holders

Let's say that I have all the required documents ready except for PCC FBI. If there are 80+ days to go till the deadline, can I proceed with LOE or not?

Yes wait until the last couple of days and the proceed for AOR - most likely you will receive your PCC by end of June or first week of July.

According to many recent posts about PCC fbi, the processing time has dramatically reduced to 8-9 weeks.

If everything goes well, you can expect your report within 60 days.

Hi,
I have the same situation mine DHL received On 27th by FBI. I am in Saudi Arabia so there is another issue. As you know FBI takes 12 to 14 weeks to process and will only send by USPS (local Postal service) which will take more time to reach us in Saudi. What I did, created account at Borderlinx.com to have my own address in USA. Once they will send to my registered USA address I will be notified by borderlinx.com that you have received one shipment. I will then release the shipment by paying them DHL charges and will receive my PCC within 2-3 days, otherwise directly from USPS to Saudi will take another 2 weeks time. Hope it help and could save at least sometime.
