My son is presently in US and wants to get the FBI fingerprint clearance.

Please tell me
1) From where to obtain the FBI card
2) Where to take fingerprints?
3) How to submit the FBI FINGERPRINT through mail or courier or any other service????????????
4) How to submit the $18 fee to FBI

When all else fails read the instructions.

1. He can down load it, go to a fingerprinting service, they all have the FBI cards.
