FBI finger print - my husband is a ship navigational Officer for an American company ( Italian citizen) CIC is confused and thinks he resides in the USA for work but really he lives on the vessel for his contract. We submitted finger prints in August to the FBI and November we got a letter saying they were rejected due to poor quality. We do not want to wait again and more delays. Has anyone ever proved they did not need these finger prints ? We have a letter from his company explains he lives on the vessel and I wrote a person letter explaining the situation
