FBI delivery question.

I sent off my fingerprints on March 9, 2010 and they were received by the FBI on March 19, 2010. I just found out yesterday June 18, 2010 that they mailed back a response on June 16, 2010 but that my fingerprints were rejected. I was just wondering how long it takes to receive the response in the mail if they are sending it back regular mail? I would like to send off my next set of fingerprints that I am getting on Monday soon but I am waiting on the letter so that I get my fee waived this time by the FBI.

I am currently in Newfoundland so just wondering how long it took some people to receive a response back in Canada from the FBI?

My guess is that it would take a week or slightly longer. The last thing I got from the U.S. was sent from Florida (I'm in Toronto) and it took exactly a week. Of course, I had a postcard sent to me from Saskatchewan that took 9 days, so who knows…
