FBI Clearance - Got It! (Quick Question)

Hello everyone,

i'm a bit worried now. i resubmitted my fbi fingerprint cards (my first card was rejected due to low quality) and put May 30 as my date required outside the envelope and in the cover letter. As of today, i have not received my fbi result. I was hoping to receive it atleast before the 30th. my first submission was a week earlier. now i'm worried when i would be receiving the result.

Hello, I suggest you give it a few days more. I requested for FBI to mail me back my results by 5/21 and they sent it out on 5/26. I just received it today, 6/1.

Hello everyone,

i finally received my FBI fingerprint card. It has a short cover letter saying that the result was stamped at the back of the card. Of course it says No arrest record.

my question is, that's all should i expect? I mean, not even a signature of whoever evaluated my fingerprints? I'm just wondering coz even my California state police clearance result was just computer generated saying no record.

That's the letter they give, their letter is one format for all, they will not put a stamp just because of you - also CA Pcc is one format and is fine like that.

Now you just have to send them in before you run out of time.

For FBI, go to this link, scroll down to see section "What you receive". It just says "fingerprint card with stamp - No record"

For state, you will get a letter with government letter head and the results of their check. That's all I got too.

State of CA doesn't give on their letterhead-their policy is plain paper only for livescan.

You must be right. I based my answer on what I received from another state - Maryland.
