FBI clearance certificate

Hi there,
I have an interview last week of this month but I haven't received a clearance certificate from FBI.Actually, CIC asked a police clearance certificate and I have only clearance certificate from state police..FBI clearance is must?What should I have to do?

when did they request the FBI certificate. If it is 12 weeks before the interview date, print out the material online where it says that it can take up to 12 weeks for the FBI to process the certificate. Also write a letter with that to say that given you needed time to get the fingerprint, time to send it, time for them to send and reach you, etc, it would exceed the time given by CIC. Give that to them at the interview.

Are you supposed to take the PCC with you to the interview?
