Does the CIC do background check by checking our names on the FBI list of people who have pending cases only? or will the CIC check everything from FBI even I didn't commit any crime or I don't have any criminal record

CIC will do BC on everyone...irrespective of having a Pending case or not.

FBI report will come clean if no crimes have been committed.

As I know CIC will follow FBI criminal record report.
