FBI character summary check

I am an EE candidate. It was required that l submit a FBI summary check. I did the requirements for the summary on noveNove 13, 2017. I was informed that the summary was done and sent to me on February 26, 2017, however I still have not received it. The EE deadline is February 1, 2018. Is there any way l can communicate this to EE?

What are the implications not meeting the deadline?

If you have missed a deadline.......why not urgently send an email to the Visa Office or IRCC through webform to avoid cancellation or delays.
