I got my pnp nomination. And will receive an ITA next draw. I just found out I need an fbi background check. But the processing time is 12-14 weeks and the deadline on application after ITA is 90 days. Do people have any experience of uploading a receipt and LOE as proof it’s on its way and having their application accepted for processing?
And also, the use of channeling agencies is about as clear as mud. As long as they are one of the acceptable agencies listed on the cic site, are they accepted or not? What’s the difference between a pdf email from the channeling agency and a scanned copy of the original paper certificate that will be emailed to me in 3-4 months?
