father's name on passport

Hi my fathers name on my passport n birth certificate is without surname but on all my education

certificates it has a surname. Is there anything to worry bout ? or tell me if there is anything I cud do bout
it?Do I owe any kind of explanation?

Attach a solemn affidavit by you attested by notary public.
