Fastest way to reach out to IRCC?

Hi,

I submitted all my documents except US PCC (FBI) which I am still awaiting. I also attached a Letter of Explanation stating the same, listing my best effort (receipt scans, etc.).

I submitted all of the above on June 27, 2017 and the last date of my application submission is August 17, 2017. I have still not heard back from IRCC. I did reach out to them via the contact web-form as a follow-up today, but what may be the fastest way to hear back from them when contacting them from the US?

Would appreciate any help as my application deadline is fast approaching and I have submitted all documents except US PCC (FBI).

There is no fast way to reach to CIC. All we can do is inform them and wait. They will not respond before their time no matter how much we follow up
