Fastest Way to Reach OINP (Express Entry)

Hi Guys,

What is the fastest way to reach OINP?

I called them at 4163270374, but they only told me to send email to their Express Entry. I emailed them but it looks like it will take 15 business days before they reply.

I also visited them in person. I talked the man at reception and I don't think he knows too much. He also recommended me to email.

How do you guys contact them? Is there any other phone number?

Do you have your officers direct number? if not, visit them and ask to meet with someone who knows what's happening. Don't leave until you get a reply. It's either that black guy or the black lady coming to the reception, the black dude is useless, the lady is helpful, so try speaking with her or someone else. It's very easy to meet with them, last time I was there I just stood by the door until I met someone who was going inside. Explain the situation, say you emailed and you are losing time, you are lost etc. You need to be pushy.
