FASTEST WAY OF GETTING CANADIAN IMMIGRATION?

Dear Friends

I wish to apply for Canadian Immigration as a Professional Engineer with my wife & kids. I am a Pakistani National and working in a Middle East country. Please guide me for the following:

1. What is the fastest means of getting Canadian Immigration?
2. From which country I have to apply? i.e. from Middle East OR from Pakistan OR from Srilanka?
3. Which of the following way is more appropriate?;
(a) First get the Immigration and then start searching of Job in Canada?
(b) First get some relavent Job in Canada and then apply for Immigration during the Job in Canada?

Provincial Nomination Programs are the best and fastest way to get canada PR. It fast-tracks your application. However you need a job offer from the province in most cases before they nominate you.

It is better for you to get a job first as it fast-track your application.

You have to apply to the nearest Canada immigration processing center to where you are legally living. so if you are living in middle east legally right now, then the closest CIC office to you is appropriate. You will also need police report for all the countries you have lived for more than 6 months
