What is the fastest FBI-approved channeler for a police certificate from the USA?

My spouse requires a US certificate and we just got an invitation to apply to PR.

If you use one that uses live ink (transfers everything electronically) you'll have the results within minutes.

You can only use that service if your spouse is a US permanent resident or US citizen. If that is the case then basically any of them that are approved by the FBI can do it. However, you will want to find the ones that do livescan for fingerprinting since those are the ones that are the fastest. They will direct you to create an account and afterward, the FBI will send you a key to access the report online. You will get the electronic copy immediately unless there is an issue and the physical copy within a week or less if you pay for expedited delivery.

As stated it's very fast but it's not for everyone. I've gotten mine in minutes.
