fast track residency in nine months ?

Hi ,
Im heading to Canada soon on a two year working holiday visa and Ive heard about a fast track visa and im looking for more info or even the official name of it so I can look into it .What I know about it is that you have to work in the job nine months ,in a rural area in the northern territories .Im not sure if you need to be in a certain industry or if it applies in all jobs.I do know that fast food , and petrol station companies can apply for it for the applicant like a sponcer ship but if its successful Id have residency and would not be bound to stay with the company .
Id really appreciate any help with this.
