When somebode applies as a BC PNP and uses fast track (Pays $125000) deposite, is the bc government (Or PNP) gives him/her the letter of acceptance right away and he/she can apply for PR through Buffalo or he/she has to wait two years and then is going to be entitled for PNP nominee and recives his/her ongratulation letter.
