I had applied for visitor visa of my parents, brother and sister-in-law. We attached all required documents.
But the visa got rejected citing following:
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Now I want to reapply for the visa but this time only for my parents. My parents do not have any business registered to their name. All of their income is from rental properties and they file their ITRs properly. They also own the house they live in.

What all documents should I attach to make their case strong? Also, we are expecting our child soon. Should I attach a doctor's note mentioning the pregnancy and how we need our parents at that time?
