Family Visitor Visa Question

I am lodging a Visitor Visa application (Family Visit)

I have a sibling in Australia.

I had the option of Visiting (Tourism) or Visiting (Family, Friends, etc)

So i have selected Visiting family in my application.

While adding family members the only options available are Visitor (Tourism), Visitor (All Other Purposes) .

Which one do I select for family members?

My cousin wants to apply for visitor visa from abroad. She wants to apply with her husband, two kids and her mom that's retired and lives with them. I have two questions:

Can my cousin add her mother to her application as a family member?

There is only one question and the answer is NO. Mother is not a dependant. Family is your cousin, spouse and children if under .
