Family Ties Means??????

Heya ppl,

Im totally boggled with this CIC refusals on parents visitor visa stating the reason is they do not adequate family ties to the country....ive read numerous posts on this forum regarding it, but fail to understand what exactly do i need to show as family ties for my parents to apply for visitor visa. My parents are 65 and 70 years old respectively and i want to apply a visitor visa for them without a chance for ny lapse from my end.

PPl with experience on this pls help.

CIC thinks your parents will overstay their visitor visa if they come to Canada. Your parents have to prove they will return to India. If most or all of their family members live in Canada or abroad, the visa officers will think they have no reason to come back to India. If your parents do have relatives in India, provide proof of this. Along with any other proof you can think of to show they will leave Canada: proof of bank accounts, investments, land, a job, whatever.
