Family Support Stream MAPP

Hi Guys I'm new here and this is my first post.

I'm applying for the Provincial Nominee Program under Family Support stream in Manitoba (Apply by mail). Now my question is that when I check back on the site -immigratemanitoba.com/how-to-immigrate/mpnp-resources/apply-by-mail/ to download the Application form (MAPP) just to update my passport details (renew) it is stated that it is now for Skilled Workers.

Before I was able to download the MAPP form for Family Support stream as well as the document checklist. Any ideas?
