Hello!
I’m living in common law with my fiancé, who is canadian, since April 2017.
From April 2017 to April 2018 we were living together in my homecountry, both our names were in the rental agreement and we have a joint account there too.
We came to Canada in 18th April 2018 and we are living together here ever since.
My question is, our previous rental agreement and joint account statement is enough to proof our common law status?
We are applying to the sponsorship program, and we must prove that we are living together for one year at least...
Thanks!
