Question: Can I sponsor my niece of 23 years of age, University graduate on Engineering Technology, now working in her field in Manila, Philippines? . This niece is a daughter of my half brother whose last name is the same as mine, (CANTONA) because we have the same father but of different mother, who is the second wife of my father when my mother died.
