Hi !! I want to know about sponsorship laws. I have my uncle in Canada with citizenship. Can he sponsor me in family class ?? I'am 19 years older . I need a reply !!

So since he has family over here, Blood related.... they still cant sponsor him?

The uncle can sponsor him if he is single and has no canadian/Pr relative, have no children of his own, and had no parents. Otherwise he has his own family to look after.
