I just got my PR application approved. but only got an approvel over the phone. das someone know what the next step is? do I just have to wait now for my PR card in the mail? and if yes for how long will I have to wait?

You need to wait for them to schedule a landing interview with you, at your local CIC office. Depending on what city you're in, I've heard this can take weeks or months to get an appointment date. It's here you'll officially "land" and become a PR, and then your PR card will come in the mail around 2 months after that appointment.
