Family sponsorship for a FSW

Good day!

I been here in Calgary, Alberta for 4 years now. In last 2 years i am working as a Bakery Manager. My Work permit is under the NOC 0621 or Classification A.

I have a family left back home in the Philippines (My wife and 2 kids - ages 16 and 13). I am planning to bring them here in Alberta uder the family sponsorhip program for a TSW principal. Base on my reseach from the CIC Website, I am qualified for this program but I can't see the step by step procedure and which forms to be used for this application. For some reason I really want them to be reunited with me the soonest time possible. Please also note that I have already filed my application for PR under arrange employment program.

They apply in Manila for a TRV and study permits, with a copy of your work permit.
