I was granted PR status under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds on September 26th, 2024 . My immidiate family members are included in my appreciation. I received my PR card today 21st of October. My family members have completed their medical, police report and copies of their passport data page has been sent as requested by IRCC. They equally have their UCI number already. I have not heard anything from IRCC since I got my PR card. Did anyone know what next for my family to join me in Canada.

They are already included in my application and to my understanding, they are under sponsorship already.
They were part of your H&C application listed as dependents. Getting PR through H&C does not secure PR for family out of Canada like PR as a protected person.
My family were asked by IRCC to go for medical and my wife and one of my child who is above 18 to send a police report. Their passport data were equally requested for. When I was doing my landing online, I was asked by IRCC if I want my family to have separate PR Portal account or use the same account with me, which I choose the second option. UCI number was equally created for them. I am wondering why all these if they are not being considered under my application.
Your whole family needs to qualify and is also considered in terms of H&C for you to get PR like all other PR application except for PR as a protected person which works differently. You need to submit a family sponsorship application for your spouse and children.
Just clarifying that your spouse and children have never lived in Canada.
