Hi everyone,

Ok, so I'm married to a Canadian citizen and we have been together for almost 4 years. And I have a lot of proves for it, now my problem is I'm a student in Florida USA and We are trying to apply for a family sponcership to sponcer me but I have a problem and I don't know if it will effect my application.
It's concerning inadmmisible for a traffic violation, I had a traffic ticket in Florida which was driving with no valid driving licence/suspended due to not paying tickets . But I was driving with an international licence. Also I had a court for that and I missed it which is misdemeanor I think. " Failior to appear"After solving it and paying the tickets. I got it sealed .
So I wanted to ask if I can apply or I'm concede red as inadmmisible to get in and how can I solve it?

Also I wanted to ask for a friend 1) driving with no registration, or insurance is it counted as inadmmisible too?

Thank you so much for helping ....

These should not be enough to make either of you inadmissible. Still, I would get an immigration lawyer (in Canada) for this.

I agree this shouldnt be an issue, but i would still consult a canadian immigration lawyer to check and make sure.
but i dont believe it will be a problem at all.
