Family referral - Job offer letter, its approval and LMO - Please read and help!

Hello everyone!

I am realllly hoping for some answers since even after reading online, I couldnt get a definitive answer.

- My employer wants to know if they have to get an LMO in order to get job approval letter?

- Can my employer apply for job approval online?

- I also want to know if I (The Applicant) can file ALL FORMS i.e federal and provincial, online?

Any feed back would be highly appreciated. My application is long pending to be filed and any answers would really help kick the process.
