Hi everyone
We are a family of three and we got our PR status in April. We sent our photos to the PR card processing centre and a few weeks later my wife and daughter got a letter stating their photos had not fulfilled the requirements of the PR card (for some weird reason). We went to London Drugs, got new photos and sent them back.
Both me and my wife received our cards a few weeks later but our daughter is still missing hers...
The PR Card Processing centre received her photos May 29th and still no card or letter.
Any ideas what I can do? Or is this normal perhaps?
