Does it mean my mothers and brothers can not be sponsored to go at the moment. the same time am processing my application form?

When can they be sponsored to come to canada? Which application form necessary?

No, they can't be sponsored at the same time. Not clear whether they can be sponsored at all for several years, if at all.

You can look at parents and grandparents sponsorship - won't be for a while, think years and years, if at all.

Brothers/sisters: only as dependents of your parents, and only if under 22 at time of application. They can look into applying on their own.

Your wife will sponsor you under the "Spousal program". Meaning just the spouse. If you have children already those can come under this program as well. But not the extended family. So no parents or siblings.

Your mothers (you have more than 1?) and brothers cannot be included in the spousal program.

You can sponsor parents under the PGP program. But you need to win the lottery and you also need to provide proof that you have enough income for 3 past years in order to qualify. So if you win the lottery but don't have the past 3 years Canadian Tax returns showing income you cannot apply. No USA income. Only Canadian Tax returned declared Canadian Income.

You will probably need to wait at least 3-4 years AFTER you get your own PR before you can sponsor your parents assuming you have a job right away that pays enough income to meet the requirements.

Your brothers will have to apply for PR on their own merits. You cannot sponsor them.

Many people already previously answered this question. If you don't want to believe people telling you that you can't include your parent and a brother, hire a lawyer.

Or they can just try and apply and get an answer from IRCC
