Family Member Proof of Status

Hi guys. Does anyone know what Family Member Proof of Status is referring to? In my checklist, I am seeing Family Member proof of status as well as proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling. I understand the need for proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling since I am claiming a sibling in Canada, but not sure how the Family member proof of status applies to me.

In the proof of family status . My common law partners is Canadian so he is unaccompnaying and I am not getting any points from him. They are asking for family members proof of status, does this mean his brothers and parents?
