Family information -Parent name mismatch

Hi,

I am currently in canada on a WP and in process of filing PR. When I first submitted application for WP, in IMM5645 form, my father name was mentioned as per his documents(his documents has both firstname and lastname) but his name is slightly different in my passport(first name and last name combined to single name).

While completing EE profile after getting ITA, should I mention same name that I gave in IMM5645 form initially or as per my passport? Please advise

I am currently in process of applying for WP. In my passport, fathers name is something like firstname + middlename + surname

But all my fathers document , it is spelled with firstname + middlename

Which name should i go with in IMM 5465 if I would have to consider for PR in future or if my father would want to visit Canada in future
