FAMILY INFORMATION FORM - PDF HELP

Hi there,

Currently doing up an IEC application but can't see to download the Family info form (IMM5707) I've tried on Mac and windows and both won't work, tried downloading it directly to desktop to no avail too. I can see it seems to be a persistent problem with this PDF, I have acrobat reader DC and can open every other file. There's websites that have older versions to autofill but they seem to be out of date possibly.

Would anyone have the most up to date PDF file saved on their computer that could send it over to me? Would be hugely appreciated, or any other solutions

Yeah, I've done all that. it actually loaded on my work PC but I couldn't send it unfortunately due to security restrictions.

Now, I got it downloaded and wetransfered it to my Mac using a public PC and filled it out - but now when I go to upload it its showing up as the "Please wait..." screen - I don't want to upload it and for it to be that instead of the filled out document! Not sure how to proceed to be honest. It may be the case the Visa office will be able to open the filled sign but its not a chance worth taking.
