There is no such thing as a family immigration visa. It is fake. You are invited if your score is high enough through Express Entry based on your age, education (need degree assessed), language (need IELTS), skilled work experience and funds for 6 people ($32k Cdn).

No one can "give you a visa" and there is NO such thing as "family immigration visa".
As Naturgrl replied, apply with your education, work experience, language skill ...etc via Express Entry.
