Family Immigration Post Medical Related Query Pakistan

Dear guys, I am from Pakistan. Me and my parents had our medical examination done back in May, 2013 along with the Police Certificate - for Family Sponsorship Program, and our case proceeded from London Embassy. Today 03/10/2015 we received a letter from Canadian High Commission asking for Additional Family information form(IMM5645) to be filled and sent within a month, along with police certificate (if traveled outside).

I have 2 questions.
1) Although, we have not traveled outside the country within that period but still do we have to send the police certificate again?
2) Will we get another medical request and have to go through medical examination again after sending this form?

Its already been 2.7 years since we had sent our medical and police certificate back in May 2013, and i am wondering whether we have to wait that long again?

Any help would be appreciate,

Yes you have to send Police Clearance Certificate.
Yes you will be getting Re-Medical Papers.

Dear Ali,

1- yes, you need to send current police clearance certificate
2- yes, u n ur parents will be going for re medical as medical exam expire after 12 months

hav u sent them or mention any email address of urs in documents? If yes, then most probably after sending above docs, they'll contact u via emails...

Oh my God, what about 2.7 years that they made us to wait and our police certificate and medical that we had sent back in 2013? all in vain? we have to re-do everything and wait another 2.7 years?

Well, we had already mentioned our email account for correspondence, but we never receive any email from them, on top of that we never even receive their postal mails, they re-send us mails asking for the documents, they had sent us this mail back in July 2015, asking for this additional family information form and police certificate within 40 days, but we never received any such mail then they re-sent us the mail now and giving us final 1 month to send this IMM5645 form and a police certificate. I am feeling quite frustrated because i feel like that my time is being wasted in vain along with money.

no brother, don't give up... we have waited 8 years n now we r landing in cmg months. all family class application moved to London visa office. just send them wht they are asking n u will see ur application completed in 4-5 months.
