family/household registry/book meaning

Hello,

I am applying for Permanent Residency To Canada. I am from Ghaziabad,Uttar Pradesh,India.

In the "Documents Required" list, following document is required(if applicable):

family/household registry/book

Can any one let me know the meaning of this?
Do Household Registry means property papers or something else?

Some countries have a tradition of keeping a registry book of family members, something like a book of records. If you don't have one, it's not applicable to you.
