Hello everyone...
When I applied for my study Permit online my sister who got her pr approved wasnt still in Canada,She was still in home country ..and arrived there after one or two days from submitting my application ..I mentioned her address of home country at the time of submitting..does that considered misinterpretation.?

I don't believe that its misrepresentation because at the time of your submission she was still in your home country. You may need to update them with her new information though.
