I received an ITA with 444 points(includes 15 sibling points) on 19th Dec 2018. I have 4 questions regarding filling family details in Express Entry ITA Application :-
Q1) My sister has only first name on Indian Passport and Canadian PR Card. In the family details, leaving either 'First Name' or 'Last Name' column results in error(Problematic field:Last name(s) (required) or Problematic field:First name(s) (required)). The question(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp…) on CIC also doesn't work out while filling family details with no surname. Thus, any one of you have faced a similar problem or have concrete solution to this problem, please help me out.
Q2) Do we need to upload the proof(Passport or something else) of all the immediate family members(Parents, siblings, adopted child etc) added in Family Section ?
Q3) To show sibling relationship proof to justify the additional 15 points, is Birth Certificate enough ? Or do we need to upload any other document(like passport) as well ?
Q4) My father's name on my and my sister's birth certificate is same(Rajender Kumar). But, there is one word spelling difference(Rajinder Kumar) in all my other documents - 'Passport', Marksheets, Driving License, Aadhar etc. And the name of my father on his passport is 'Rajender Kumar Tewatia' . Thus, do I need to create an affidavit at this point reflecting all three names to be the same identity. If yes, then can some provide the format for the same ?
