Hello, I've posted a question few days ago ...in short: I was gonna apply for H&C visa as I am out of status. I am married but my husband is paying off child support so he is not eligible to sponsor me. However, someone replied to my previous post and said I could apply for Family Class With H&C considerations regarding my husbands ongoing maintenance payments. This is the 1st time I've heard about it....
So I was just wondering is anyone did this???? How do you do it!? Just submit Family Class application with a letter stating why husbant is ineligible at the moment???
