Family Class vs Canadian Experience Class US citizen

I am a US citizen currently working as a grade 8 Language Arts teacher in Saskatchewan on a Post Grad Work Permit. I have been teaching in Saskatchewan for 2 years and was a student for 1 year before that. My wife is Canadian.

Would it be quicker to apply via Family Class or Canadian Experience Class? Is one option any better or more beneficial than the other?

I would advise Family Class, as there are less requirements and the processing faster. Straightforward spousal apps are averaging around 8-10 months or faster through Ottawa (one recent applicant finished in 5 months), so if you get your app in soon, you should be a PR prior to your PGWP expiring.
