Family class spousal sponsorship

Hello, I am a Canadian citizen who is sponsoring a spouse from Turkey. Do we have to add his parents and 2 brothers in Generic Application form? Are they considered dependents? Thank you.

What about box 3 in Generic Application form IMM 0008, do I write principal applicant only, or a principal applicant (my husband) and myself, sponsor? I live in Canada and I am Canadian citizen? Please help.

For Question 3, indicate the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or notIt . Family membes are: a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

The sponsor is not considered a family member for the purposes of this application and is not included in question 3.
